Marvel Studio’s Spiderman actor Tom Holland was seen teeing it up at the Sony Open Pro-Am Event.
Showing off his skills at Waialae Country Club, the young movie star played alongside the former world number-one Jordan Spieth in a pro-am. At times, Spieth could be seen giving helpful tips to his web-slinging partner. Not forgetting his celebrity duties, Holland greeted fans to sign autographs and take photos during some walks between holes.
The Pro-Am round is a fun warm-up for the pros to get in 18 holes with amateurs and celebrities before they do it for real at the annual Sony Open, which kicks off the following day. Singer-actor Nick Jonas and Kelly Rohrbach, who starred in the recent Baywatch remake were among other celebrities on hand to take swings for the event.
“What a game!” Tom shared on Instagram. “Thank you Jordan Speith and Patrick Rodgers for an amazing day and thank you @sony for having us. The perfect way to start 2019 #sonyopenhawaii #callawayflash.”
Holland has appeared in three Marvel movies so far, including his cameo in Captain America: Civil War. The 22-year-old has signed a six-picture deal with Marvel Studios.
The Sony Open runs from 10 to 13 January in Honolulu, Hawaii.Leave a comment
