Reports in Italy have suggested that the Welsh midfielder has put to pen a pre-contract agreement with the Turin side.
Ramsey, who is out of contract at the end of the season, is free to negotiate terms on the Bosman ruling, with teams on the continent after Arsenal was clear that he was not going to be offered a new deal. Inter Milan and Real Madrid were both keen to land the 28-year-old but it seems that the reigning Serie A champions won the race to his signature.
According to reports, Ramsey is set to earn 6.5 million euros – making him the second highest earner in the club behind Cristiano Ronaldo.
It is highly unlikely that Unai Emery will allow him to leave in the winter transfer window, but the Bianconeri are rumored to be allowing Sami Khedira to go as a part of the deal.
Ramsey won three FA cups with the Gunners, scoring the winner twice among the three finals.Leave a comment
